Part II: Job Summary

 

The job holder needs to handle underwriting process by face-to-face/tele interviews with customers, ensure the applications and attached documents to comply with Company Credit Policy and recommend to Branch Manager for final approval/decision. He/she needs to maintain the assigned portfolio to meet KPIs and offer best customer service to customers.

 

 

Part III: Key Accountabilities

 

  • Arranging face-to-face or tele-interviews with customers – Setting appointments with assigned customers, guiding customers what need to be prepared for a productive interview. Verifying the documents against the original ones to ensure the requested documents are in line with company credit policy;
  • Budget analysis process and underwriting – Performing budget analysis with customers to ensure all related factors have been taken into account and comply with Company Credit Policy. Using common sense and owned experience to find out the facts that could help preventing frauds…
  • Customer service – Ensuring all procedures, documents are well prepared for customer to sign once the application is approved. Reminding them of their key responsibilities and well handled all related questions from customers…
  • Maintaining customer portfolio – Managing whole portfolio of customers who have been interviewed by this job holder and approved afterward. Ensuring all related KPIs are met efficiently and timely.

 

As the business growth and maturity, he/she could be promoted to take bigger scope of work within the branch or in other Credit functions such as Credit Operations or relevant divisions…

  • Education Background: University Graduated, Finance/ Accounting or Banking major preferred.
  • years of experience: Min 3 years of experience in finance/ banking industry or customer service position.

  • Finance, banking knowledge preferred
  • Competencies: Interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, strong business acumen
  • Practical working experience in customer service and performance oriented
  • Ability to work independently and under high pressure

Part II: Job Summary

 

The Branch Manager is fully responsible for managing the branch operation and performance, underwriting process, customer service and cross-functional coordination. He/she has to ensure target achievement of the branch within its budget and seeks growth opportunity in assigned area and manage additional responsibilities/ projects assigned from time to time.

 

 Branch Manager plays one of the key management positions in Branch Network Department.

1.        

Credit process - Ensure the underwriting and loan process is operated smoothly, professionally and in compliance with Credit policy and business code.  

2.        

Customer service quality - Ensure the best quality of customer service wherever customers are met & serviced from approaching potential customers to dealing customers with delinquency.

3.        

Expense control - Monitor and prepare report to track expenses within budget and favorably against national branch benchmarks. Track branch cost efficiency ratio vs. plan vs. KPI vs. branch benchmarks subject to branch data availability from Finance Department.

4.        

Risk management – Take responsible for managing possible risks may arise from daily operation. Ensure to implement all necessary actions to prevent, identify and escalate all frauds in the branch, both internally and externally to relevant departments.

5.        

Analysis and Report - Analyze and report branch performance to ensure that branch performance is recorded, analyzed and reported to Department Head on a regular basis with accuracy and in time-bound manner, along with comments and recommendations.

KYC Officer

Job Title                      : KYC (“Know Your Customer”) Officer

Location                      : SIPs (“Service Introduction Point”)

Report to                     : DTH Manager(s)

 

Part II: Job Summary

 

The key purpose is to perform KYC on customer information (identity, financial, residence) at loan closing stage or prior to underwriting (ie loan discussion and offer) by RO (based in HCM, HN or Danang) to prevent identity theft and possible defaults. KYC is conducted either face to face or via phone.

 

Maintain the assigned portfolio and offer best customer service to customers. The role reports to DTH Manager. As the business grows and matures, the person in the role could be promoted to take bigger responsibility in Branch Network or other departments of the business as relevant.

 

Carry out other support tasks as assigned by DTH Manager.
