Part II: Job Summary    

The job holder will support to manage and implement the training and development activities of Shinhan Finance - based on business requirements and strategies through various courses including hard skills and soft skills.

 

Part III: Key Accountabilities

  • Cooperate with related departments to organize training courses
  • Lead & conduct on-board training and other training programs when being assigned;
  • Observe, analyze and propose customized training programs in response to business requirements and to upgrade skill-sets of current workforce;
  • Develop training materials whenever applicable;
  • Regularly collect feedback from stakeholders to analyze training needs and establish training plan.
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant documents, meetings and attending relevant courses
  • Join field work to understand the business and gain more insights for training
  • Manage training consolidation and admin tasks
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by Training Manager

 

Part IV: Job Specification / Possible Profile

 

1. Education background & experience

  • BA or other applicable graduate degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in training position is mandatory
  • Previous work experience in Collection/ a multinational company and/or consumer finance industry is an advantage. 

 

2. Knowledge

  • Knowledge of consumer finance industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Collection is preferred
  • Fast learning new knowledge of business activities, processes and strategies
  • Strong understanding of the training process 

 

3. Skills

  • Good public speaking, presentation and training skills;
  • Effective communication
  • English skills (oral & written);
  • Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
  • Ability to attract, motivate and develop team members and other colleagues;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, orientation on the results and outputs;
  • Logical thinking
  • PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, especially excel & power point)
