Part II: Job Summary


  • The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects which timely and specified deliverables.


Part III: Key Accountabilities


  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Develop project objectives & scopes, involve in all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility and projects are on the right track
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
  • Coordinate and set up relationship with internal resources/third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resource (time, money, equipment, etc) availability and allocation
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques…
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure projects are followed company’s standard, policies
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;


Part IV: Job Specification / Possible Profile

Education Background:


  • Bachelor of IT or other degree in a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus




  • Proven working experience as a project management in IT sector;
  • Have experience on managing projects using Waterfall or Agile methodology. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus;
  • Able to evaluate options and make project proposals;
  • Able to do business analysis and proactive on proposal for improvement.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
