Key Accountabilities

 

His/her key accountabilities include:

 

Looking for a Sales Strategy Manager who is passionate about making an impact at a fast-growing company. He/she needs to use his/her business insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to improve decision-making across the sales and success teams. His/her key accountabilities:

 

  • Work closely with Sales Head to develop a sales plan to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set performance benchmark for each sales unit and sales individual performers
  • Set strategic sales targets for all sales units across the country
  • Design and monitor effectively sales incentives, bonus schemes for sales units, teams and individual performers to maximize sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Design, track and monitor effective contests, promotion campaigns for sales and customers.
  • Identify opportunity to leverage and/or build programs/platforms that are scalable across the business units.
  • Co-ordinate, track and monitor sales action plans, on-going activities and performances
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities, develop and monitor all relevant sales parameters.
  • Generate timely analysis reports. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue. Provide feedback, analysis to sales units if required
  • Conduct market research, competitors and customers analysis…
  • Review and monitor the compliance of related sales policies and procedures. Develop promotional ideas and material…
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Co-ordinate with sales units to develop, propose and control sales operational budget…
  • Co-ordinate with other related departments to propose, set up new branch officers/SIPs (Service Introduction Point) at strategic territories/locations across the country at time and cost effective manner
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

 

 

 

Job Specification / Possible Profile

  1. Education background: University Graduate (Banking & Finance, Business Administrator, Commerce…) or Master degree is a plus

 

  1. Minimum Experience:
    • 7+ years of business strategy, sales effectiveness, analytics experience in banking, consumer finance…
    • Proven track record of success in strategy development and building processes/programs

 

  1. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills:
  • Energetic, self-motivated and effective under pressure. Enjoying the challenge of working autonomously within a fast-paced and demanding working environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and drive efforts across various stakeholders and be able to handle multiple tasks independently with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Good judgment, maturity and poise to enable interaction/influencing of multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative and critical thinker with ability to apply strong quantitative, analytic and problem solving capabilities to provide clear, concise, and actionable recommendations that address business challenges, drive sales effectiveness and business objective.
  • Proven ability to build cohesive partnerships, work across businesses with strong influencing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Excel expert skills comfortable developing insightful models and quantitative analysis. Familiar with SQL is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Training Supervisor (North)

Key Accountabilities

 

His/her key accountabilities include:

 

  • Responsible for delivery to ensure the relevant sales training programs in plan;
  • Provide coaching for new/revised training to key line trainers, observe & provide feedback for key line trainer in sales training programs;
  • Measure sales training programs qualification and training result;
  • Frequent travel is required per month.
  • Conduct training need analysis for sales and relevant training programs;
  • Deliver sales & relevant training programs;
  • Demo, coach to enable line trainers to conduct relevant sales training programs;
  • Observe and provide feedback to line trainer for relevant sales training programs; 
  • Participate in developing sales and relevant training programs for sales;
  • Join field work to understand the business and gain more insights for training;
  • Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation;
  • Participate in Training projects & other assignments from Sales Training Manager.

  1. Education background: Bachelor’s Degree (Training/Finance is a plus)
  2. Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experiences in training; 1 year in similar position.

Sales Governance:

 

  • Building and maintaining a sustainable and high performance of assigned sales channel (nationwide)
  • Developing and coaching for well trained and professional management team leaders/sales agents for the entire assigned channel
  • Ensuring the disciplinary framework and the business continuity under any circumstance of the channel
  • Developing and maintaining a powerful CRM which benefit sales performance and management purpose
  • Responsible for the compliance and integrity business manner of the channel
  • Implementing and executing the vision, mission and business direction of the company to the channel
  • Building and maintaining a healthy and positive working culture of the entire channel

No. years of experience: Min 5 years of sales experience working for retail banking, consumer finance, FMCG/Food and beverage … sectors with good track records of strong sales performers

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skill, Abilities):

  • Solid sales background, Sales territory management skill; customer service skills; planning and analysis skills; Consumer finance/Banking knowledge is advantage
  • Strong Leadership in both team environment and individual; Interpersonal Communication skill;
  • Teamwork spirit motivation skill: able to manage, train and coach team (Team leaders and or Sales Agents);

Part I: General Information

Report to                        : Regional Sales Manager

Number Subordinates       : 05-10 teams

 

Part II: Job Summary

 

  • The key purpose is to lead a sales team in a customer service center and sales. This includes the responsibility of coaching, training the sales team to perform respective sales calls process professionally and effectively. Especially sales target, COA, productivities and Fraud..
  • The role is also responsible for seeking possible opportunities to promote and improve Fields Sales

 

Part III: Key Accountabilities

 

  • Setting up SMART target for sales team, contributing to company sales forecast. Proactively propose/ contribute to micro-marketing.
  • The role will require ensure that the sales plan, events, activities… are well briefed to sales team, and will be completely & effectively executed in the field.
  • To perform sales analysis on monthly basis, ensuring both gaps and potentials are identified and proper action will be taken to maximize sales achievement.
  • To ensure incentive schemes are properly run, the best performers will be recognized and rewarded
