Job Title                         : Sales Supervisor

Department                    : Sales & Distribution

Location                         : Ho Chi Minh City

Report to                        : Regional Sales Manager

Number Subordinates       : 05-10 teams


Part II: Job Summary


  • The key purpose is to lead a sales team in a customer service center and sales. This includes the responsibility of coaching, training the sales team to perform respective sales calls process professionally and effectively. Especially sales target, COA, productivities and Fraud..
  • The role is also responsible for seeking possible opportunities to promote and improve Fields Sales


Part III: Key Accountabilities


  • Setting up SMART target for sales team, contributing to company sales forecast. Proactively propose/ contribute to micro-marketing.
  • The role will require ensure that the sales plan, events, activities… are well briefed to sales team, and will be completely & effectively executed in the field.
  • To perform sales analysis on monthly basis, ensuring both gaps and potentials are identified and proper action will be taken to maximize sales achievement.
  • To ensure incentive schemes are properly run, the best performers will be recognized and rewarded

Education Background:


Bachelor Degree, Business Management major is preferable




Minimum 3 to 5 years sales management experience, experience in sales retail is preferable.


Qualifications (Knowledge, skill, abilities):


Basic knowledge : Basic knowledge of financial services. 

Competencies : Sales, Leadership, Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication

Computer skill :MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages capability : English communication at basic level

Regional Sales Manager (HCMC)



Report to:                               Sales Head

No. of subordinates:                 Sales Managers/Officers/Supervisors and sales forces

Working Location:                     based in HCMC

Salary:                                   Attractive package (base salary, 13th month, monthly incentives plus other attractive benefit)





Key Accountabilities


His/her key accountabilities include:


Sales Governance:


  • Building and maintaining a sustainable and high performance of assigned sales channel (nationwide)
  • Developing and coaching for well trained and professional management team leaders/sales agents for the entire assigned channel
  • Ensuring the disciplinary framework and the business continuity under any circumstance of the channel
  • Developing and maintaining a powerful CRM which benefit sales performance and management purpose
  • Responsible for the compliance and integrity business manner of the channel
  • Implementing and executing the vision, mission and business direction of the company to the channel
  • Building and maintaining a healthy and positive working culture of the entire channel
  • Responsible for the business performance of the channel vs sales target…


Sales performance

  • Recruiting and running the entire channel with full capacity as designed
  • Driving and delivering sales volume as assigned by the company
  • Responsible for keeping fraud under control for the sales channel
  • Managing and controlling the cost assigned for the channel
  • Proactively searching new avenues/leads to maximize sales for the organization as much as possible…



Job Specification / Possible Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:


Education Background: University Graduate (Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or relevant sectors)

No. years of experience: Min 5 years of sales experience working for retail banking, consumer finance, FMCG/Food and beverage … sectors with good track records of strong sales performers

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skill, Abilities):

  • Solid sales background, Sales territory management skill; customer service skills; planning and analysis skills; Consumer finance/Banking knowledge is advantage
  • Strong Leadership in both team environment and individual; Interpersonal Communication skill;
  • Teamwork spirit motivation skill: able to manage, train and coach team (Team leaders and or Sales Agents);
  • Good English and Vietnamese skill (verbal and written)
