The first official version of iShinhan was designed to help customers better manage their loans, proactively control loan repayment progress, maintain good credit history in their busy lives. Shinhan Finance had invited some customers to join a pilot version and received good feedback. Many customers have started to use iShinhan regularly instead of calling Hotline for loan queries, because of iShinhan’s easy-to-use tool.
Besides the virtual assistant SVFC Bot introduced at the end of 2019, iShinhan is a technology innovation with a standardized service quality. Shinhan Finance’s internal processes will become simple and convenient for customers to minimize their transaction time with us.
iShinhan applies the optimal security solutions following financial industry standards such as two-factor authentication which is confirmed as leading market standards in a financial mobile app.
